Booking and Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by direct contact. A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. No shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may include a fee of up to the fifty percent of the total service amount. Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you do arrive late, please note that your session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment runs on schedule. Full payment will be required for the originally scheduled time, even if your session is cut short. Thank you for understanding!

Our services are dedicated to providing professional therapeutic massage in a safe and respectful environment. We maintain a strict policy against any inappropriate behavior, which will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries to the therapist before their session. The therapist maintains the right to reschedule or refuse service if there are any health concerns that could impact safety and well-being. Your health and safety are very important to us.
Payment and Refund
Payment is required at the time of booking or service based on the selected payment option. Please note that all sales are final for completed services.
